bb n'a à peu près pas dormi de 4h à 9h ce matin... il faisait bcp trop chaud
et allaiter dans ces conditions c'est franchement déplaisant! On fini toutes les deux mouillées!
J'ai finalement décidé de la coucher toute nue sur une serviette après lui avoir passé une débarbouillette mouillée sur tout le corps, après quoi elle s'est endormie comme par magie.
Et j'ai craqué, la piscine suffit généralement à nous rafraichir mais c'était trop aujourd'hui et j'ai ordonné et oui je dit bien ordonné à mon chum de remettre l'air climatisé. On respire beaucoup mieux et ça ne fait qu'une heure... et bien n'oubliez pas de bien boire et ne forcez pas trop!

baby did not really slept from 4 to 9 this morning, way too hot, and breastfeeding in these conditions is really no fun. We end up all wet, the both of us.
I finally decided to lay her down on a big towel, after I took a wet cloth and rubbed it all over her body and her face. She then magically fell asleep!
And I finally gave up and told DH to install the air conditionner, usually the pool is enough to keep us cool, but I was going crazy, no cooking, no vacuuming, no knitting, nothing was possible in these conditions. It is now much better.
Don't forget to drink a lot and avoid heat if you can.
